Prices include fishing license, bait, tackle, and ice. We recommend bringing sunscreen, snacks, drinks, and appropriate clothing for the weather. Also, bring a cooler to transport the fish we catch so you can enjoy a fresh dinner! Try to pack light so we have plenty of fishing room on the boat. You can also bring your own cameras, but I will be photographing you, and photographs will be posted on the website for you!
Half Day Fishing Charter – $500
4 Hour trip for up to 4 people. Fishing inshore waters and near the inlet. Typical target species may include: Speckled Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Striper, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Bottom Fish. Great trip for light tackle fishing and beginner / family trips!
3/4 Day Fishing Charter – $700
6 Hour trip for up to 4 people. Fishing Inshore and Nearshore waters in the Sound and Atlantic Ocean. Typical target species include: Speckled Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Striper, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Spanish Mackeral, King Mackeral, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Cobia.
Full Day Fishing Charter – $900
All day 8 Hour trip for up to 4 people. Fishing Inshore, Nearshore, and Offshore up to 20 miles when conditions allow. Typical target species include: Speckled Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Striper, Bluefish, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Spanish Mackeral, King Mackeral, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Cobia.

Bring up to 6 passengers on this family fun adventure! This trip is perfect for families with children looking for a nice enjoyable afternoon on the water mixed with sight seeing and great fishing! We will stay in the calm waters of the sound and enjoy fun times on the water targeting a variety of species! Dolphin sightings are always a possibilty on this trip. These trips are only available during the afternoon and evening hours. Be sure to book your afternoon of family fun on the beautiful waters of the Outer Banks!

The boat is located at the Wanchese Marina. The address is 4457 Mill Landing Road. Wanchese NC. You can also type in “Salt Minded Fishing Charters” in your smarthphone Navigation App and it will bring you right to me! The boat is docked directly behind the restaurant. Plenty of parking available around the Marina. We also have fishing cleaning services available at the Marina for an additional fee. Please see photo below for aerial view of boat slip.
