Great fishin’

Some great fishing inside the inlet as well as outside. Trout fishing this morning was good with a few other species mixed in. The afternoon really got hot. We caught a couple nice Cobia and some meat in the sound. Time to book your September trout fishing trip. It’s gonna be good!

Captain Kook

Awful performance by yours truly today. We Fished hard for about a dozen small flounder and 3 trout. Came back to the dock with 2 barely legal trout after an 8 hour trip. Beers tasting good tonight.

Flounders

NE wind brought in some clear water, and decent flounder fishing. Been catching some scattered trout, flounder, and small reds the past couple days.  Added a gaffer Mahi to the mix too.  Planning on looking for the drum in the sound during this NE wind. A little scrappy

Average fishing in the sound, but had some slow trips in the ocean lately.  My Next opening is August 16th AFTERNOON.  My next open morning trip is August 22nd. Thanks!
